Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering high quality products to our customers and we take care to make sure the end result is best as it can be. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We want our customers to be satisfied, we ask that you contact us at inikoskincare@hotmail.comĀ  within 14 days after receiving your order, may there be any problems. If we judge that were are responsible for mistake, we will gladly provide you with a new product or a store credit.
